Payment & Cancelation Terms |

Payment Methods . . . Funbounce Inflatable's Accept any of the following Payment methods… However please note hat we do not offer credit unless previously arranged. All invoice work is to be paid prior to our arrival or cash will be expected on delivery.
Cheque: Payments made by cheque are accepted but must be received at least 7 days in advance of event date and are to be made payable to Funbounce Entertainments and should be posted to the following address: Unit 8, Topcliffe Mill, Topcliffe Lane, Morley, Leeds LS27 0HL
Please ensure your name, address & event date is clearly stated on the reverse of the cheque.
Cash: Cash payment on delivery is the 2nd most preferred method of payment for most of our customers, this gives the customer the flexibility to cancel the event as late as the morning of the hire due to bad weather for example, without the hassle of having to wait for a refund.
Bankers Draft: Payments made by cheque are accepted but must be received at least 7 days in advance of event date and are to be made payable to Funbounce Entertainments and should be posted to the following address: Unit 8, Topcliffe Mill, Topcliffe Lane, Morley, Leeds LS27 0HL
With your name, address & event date clearly stated on the reverse of the draft.
PayPal: PayPal Transactions will be accepted 3 days in advance of the event date but are subject to a 3% charge and supports the following payment cards.
Cancellation Policy: Once you have placed an order you have entered into contract, However we understand that cancellations are needed to be made from time to time, our cancellation terms are outlined below and are designed to be very reasonable. The policy is only in place to protect both our and your best interests and not designed to be profitable on our part;
Orders up to £100: Cancellations up to the value of £100 are accepted regardless of when the order was placed. All we ask is that you cancel the order before 7pm on the day before your event. Should your order be cancelled after 7pm on the day before your event or on the day of the event (including refusal of delivery on arrival) your order will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Orders between £100 and £200: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance of the event in order not to incur a cancellation charge. Cancellations made between 3 days in advance of the event and up until 7pm on the day before your event will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover our costs. Should your order be cancelled after 7pm on the day before your event or on the day of the event (including refusal of delivery on arrival) your order will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Orders between £200 and £400: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the event in order not to incur a cancellation charge. Cancellations made between 7 days in advance of the event and up until 7pm on the day before your event will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover our costs. Should your order be cancelled after 7pm on the day before your event or on the day of the event (including refusal of delivery on arrival) your order will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Orders over £400: Unfortunately all orders over the value of £400 are subject to a 20% cancellation charge regardless of when the order or cancellation is made. Cancellations made between 3 days in advance of the event and up until 7pm on the day before your event will be subject to a 65% cancellation fee to cover our costs. Should your order be cancelled after 7pm on the day before your event or on the day of the event (including refusal of delivery on arrival) your order will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Rodeo Bull Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance of the event in order not to incur a cancellation charge. Cancellations made between 2 days in advance of the event and up until 7pm on the day before your event will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Should your order be cancelled after 7pm on the day before your event or on the day of the event (including refusal of delivery on arrival) your order will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
