take around 30 minutes to erect. The EXACT time information also allows
us to select an appropriate delivery/ collection time should your preffered
slot be unavailable, ensuring that we are NEVER late for your event.

Guidence Notes for selecting Payment Methods:

Payment terms & conditions: Cash paymnents are
accepted but must be made on delivery, cash on
collection is not a valid option. Cheques are
accepted at least 7 days in advance of the event
and must be posted to Funbounce Entertainments, 21
Badminton Drive, Heritage Village, Leeds, LS10
4UN. Cheques are not accepted on delivery. Bacs
transfer is accepted upto 2 days in advance of the
event. Paypal payments are accepted upto 24hrs in
advance. Our paypal address is

name, address and event date are clearly stated in
the message to seller box. Purchase orders are
accepted in advance of the event and it is
recomended (Although not compulsary) that your
purchase order is attached in the file upload

In submitting this form you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in the above links this website,  Agree to abide by all relevant health & safety documents, Agree that you have read and understood our payment/ cancellation terms and agree that all entertainment is to be used strictly at the participants own risk, regardless of fault or blame. Funbounce Entertainments WILL NOT accept responsibility for loss or damage occurring as a result of this entertainment.

 

If no confirmation is received within 8hrs, Please contact the office on 07838163196 to confirm your status. Should no response be received or check undertaken by yourselves we will arrive on the day as agreed. Refusal of delivery on the day may incur charges.

 

*Failure to adhere to the payment terms & conditions will result in your file being passed over to Daniel Silverman Ltd for action. Daniel Silverman (Reg Company number 3998129) are a dedicated debt recovery agent that will act on our behalf to recover any outstanding payments and will represent us in the event of court proceedings taking place.

 

Daniel Silverman Ltd are members of the Credit Services Association (CSA) are Registered with the Data Protection Agency (Reg NoZ08889433) and are licensed by the Consumer Credit Act (Licence No 572341 - Issued by the office of fair trading) Should Daniel Silverman Ltd be instructed to act on our behalf, they will automatically increase the outstanding balance of this invoice by 15%.

 

DISCLAIMER: Whilst we endeavour to deliver all of our entertainment on time and in good condition, On extremely rare occasion’s things don’t always go as planned due to circumstances out of control.

 

As you will be aware FunBounce offer an overnight hire service which sometimes requires us to collect items from the previous hire just before delivering it to your venue. In extreme cases we sometimes find that the entertainment is wet or dirty and may have to be wiped over and/or dried out once we reach your venue so please ensure you have allowed plenty of time for us to carry out these duties before your party starts. We usually recommend 2hrs just in case.

 

In addition to this we very occasionally find that the entertainment has been damaged and unreported by the previous hirer and as such we may have to (without warning) substitute your entertainment for something similar to ensure that we don’t let you down on the day

 

Also please note: ALL delivery and collection times are approximate, so again, please ensure you allow plenty of time before your party start & finish time (We usually recommend 2hrs just in case.)

 

Notwithstanding the above, our staff will work tirelessly until the equipment is satisfactory and endeavour to keep you updated. Should you still not find the equipment to be satisfactory, you still have the right to refuse delivery on the day to request a substitution, however our drivers keep a very tight schedule and all requests must be made prior to the driver leaving site.

 

In the very rare event that any of the above information should apply to you on the day, there is a comments box on the hire agreement presented to you for a signature on completion of the works. Please either complete this section or refuse the equipment. Any problems reported after an event & not recorded on the hire agreement cannot be dealt with, rectified or refunded so please ensure this is completed.

 

Please Note: *All our attractions require 2 supervisors to be present at all times to ensure maximum safety.

 

This staff can be provided by ourselves, yourselves or a mixture of both. Please note that our staff are in place to supervise the equipment only. Our staff are not babysitters and are in no way responsible for the organisation, safety and wellbeing of the participants or their property whilst using our equipment.

 

In some cases an operator is required by law or we feel passing the responsibility of supervision onto the hirer is not acceptable and as such we will staff the equipment for you.  This will be indicated in the main headings by the words - Includes STAFF. 

 

REMEMBER: Although most of the entertainment on our website does not require our staff members, they still do require adult supervision at all times, most inflatable items requier 2 members of staff at all times. This does not have to be one of our staff members but please ensure a supervisor is available at all time for maximum safety & maximum fun.
